I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

If it wasn´t bad manners to pass out in work, I´d be on the floor already, fainted.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

By the way, here is an amazing Sherlock pic, I think it's stunning. You could frame it and put it up the wall.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

I know what you mean. And... I know what you mean.

And yes, gently, you're probably right about that Sherlock pic. Although I think it's pure art. So someone who likes art should like... oh well, never mind, who cares about what anyone outside this fandom thinks?

He looks his age to me--  I have a son 2 years older than him, and he looks right for his age, IMO. And delicious, did I forget to add delicious?  yes   THUD

I think so too.   There are certain shots and parts where he looks young (for instance, in Third Star he sometimes looks a little younger), but mostly he looks his age.  38 really isn't that old, and being silm with a full head of hair helps!  I think he'll age very nicely.
