I've always loved people with red hair. A few weeks ago I was very surprised when I came to know that Ben's hair colour is copper.... One more reason to adore...

I'm really sorry I've not been about ladies, things have been a bit hectic at home and I'm struggling to keep up with everything on all formats (I've mainly been on twitter lol!)

I was curious why the running GIF was getting you ladies so hot and bothered, and motivated? Maybe, the notion of running made you want to revisit your exercise regimen?

He might not remember it, but he can certainly know it. I'm as old (or young ) as he is, and I know lots of Pink Floyd.
