I believe the lady is Sophie Hunter, she's an actress and theatre director type. She was at Hay too.

Body language suggests mates but if it's more good luck to them

Oh I was just going by the girlfriend rumour...' not in the public eye'.
So I presume that rules out any actress or model!
I see thet Sophie was in Burlesque fairytales, so possibly Benedict knows her from then?

Nice pictures of him at the Tennis. Personally, I'm glad he has a lady with him; I feel like he's been avoiding being seen with a female companion for a while now, and he shouldn't give a stuff what the media want to make of it - whether she's a friend, or something more, I'm pleased it's not another event he went to alone.
Oh - and I like this hat better than the Chelsea one;)

Just to add my final two-penneth in on him being there with Sophie, I'm glad the media hasn't appeared to pounce on it yet.

Seems every woman he's spotted with is a love interest, whether or not they're just mates. Polish media have been going nuts about him seeing a lady called Anna Prus too. Quite the ladies' man then, if you choose to believe what you read!

You know, about him attending things with a woman... I'm glad the media isn't hunting him for it this time. Ugh. The only way I care about him having a partner or not is that I just want him to be happy... I don't even need to know who the F she or he is...

Ben is over 35 and single - certain sections of the media can have all sorts of fun with that scenario, unfortunately; I just love seeing him not alone, as he has seemed to be at so many events lately (there's my softie side coming out again!)
