Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

It's been a tough day all round.... We've done well to get this far.

By the way Benedict will be reading the "news" tomorrow on BBC radio 4, at 8am
And at other times during the day. When I say news, he will be reading excerpts from the news read on the BBC 70 years ago marking D-Day x

This is one of my most favourite Sherlock pics!!!!

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

So peaceful, so quiet... This picture is restoring calm to the universe.

I could stare at that Sherlock still for a while... especially in black and white

*sits in John's chair, facing it towards the sofa and stares quitly*

It's the fact that the tee shirt is inside out that kills me every time. Such a little detail, but so telling because Sherlock is always so perfectly put together.

Mary

John: That's clever. So you scratch their backs and...
Sherlock: Yes. And then disinfect myself.
