See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Oh yes, keep the twiddling coming Ben! I love the twiddling. Have always wondered if it's written in the script. (e.g. Sherlock casually tosses the phone.) I think all these non-scripted, non-verbal movement really adds character to the acting. Wonderful. 


Besleybean - you made me laugh with that paddington bear comment! He does look a little like it with that lovely coat.
