And yeah, at any rate he gets through being photographed fairly well.

Yes, but all those pics or gifs are from official sources and so... part of the job.
We never complain about pics on which he looks happy and relaxed (or we think he looks happy and relaxed), so those pics seem to be okay. But as soon as he looks tired (or we interpret it that way) it's not okay anymore...? That's a bit absurd, if you ask me.

If you are a star, it doesn't automatically mean you have to enjoy being photographed anytime and anywhere. And you have the right to even show it on your face. That's just my opinion.

That's right. But nevertheless ... he isn't there in private but doing his job. The press just WON'T leave him alone in this case. I am sure he is able to cope with it.

I totally agree with you. What I'm saying is just that we should stop looking at pics and applying double standards. Even if he looks happy on them, it might be that he's totally pissed right at that moment. But in those cases we seldom complain that he's being photographed all the time, because apparently he seems to enjoy it.
