If you have a look at the amount of pictures posted here, you will notice it's been growing and growing since the last months.

Pap pictures have been deleted here by the mods before, and rightfully so, if you ask me.
Who wants to have a look at involuntarily taken pictures?

Certainly they are going to be new photos in the next months and perhaps if you dig more intensive you'll find a few photos which aren't posted already many times. Don't worry too much. Personally I enjoy it much more being surprised.

I think what Bex is trying to say, is just that there's a few of us (we all know who lol, *waves*) who just wanna have a good ol chat and collective swoon over the boy. And we throw in a pic every now and then to justify posting lol!!!

I know I'm very guilty of that, so formally I say sorry to the mods... Please don't be cross with us Harriet, were just a bit excitable ;)

And as for pap shots 100% in agreement, I don't agree with posting them here, it's his private time and I prefer something official (fan pics from cons and panels etc).

Think we've been very spoiled this last month - I'm going cold turkey lol! Fingers crossed for LCoZ pics and new stills from TiG too!

Oh dear, new official, non-paps pictures are pretty hard to come by especially around now where things have quieted down a little bit for Ben. I've spent so much time looking at so many pictures of Ben I'm not even sure which we've seen and which we've not seen. Lol. Is it okay if we post old ones that we've not seen/rarely seen/came across for the first time? Like this one.

Yes it's possible, I have never tried it but seen it. So someone should be able to explain how it works

Yes, it works, and it's real easy. You just post the URL to the photo into the chat text box and, ta-da, the photo appears. Also works for gifs and YouTube videos, they're automatically embedded.

(There are rare instances where it doesn't work, but what usually happens then is that the chat posts it as a clickable link that will open in a new window.)

Oh boy, things are getting quite technical now, aren't they? Not to paint things too black, but I can already see another BC photo thread ending in confusion about what belongs where, and lots of cross- or duplicate posting. And the BC regulars suddenly have to check two or three threads instead of one (there's already the "let's talk about Ben" one). Not that I personally mind so much, but there might be others who do.

And judging by recent posting patterns, if we reserve this thread to new photos only, I'm fairly certain activity in this very thread will be reduced considerably. (Which doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing, I'm just sayin'...)

Well, there's probably no easy solution for this, and I'm happy to go along with what the majority would prefer.

I was just watching TTSS this afternoon! Decided to give it another try and surprisingly it is easier to follow the story on a second watch. Stellar acting there, wonderful to see Ben hold his own among all those acting veterans. I especially love the whole segment from Guillam being assigned that dangerous task all the way to the part where Smiley tells him about meeting Karla. Wonderful! (sorry oops a bit of a long one)
