Is anybody spending time in London around the weekend 19th, 20th of march?
Will be there a few days and maybe someone would like to meet up :-) I like
meeting people.
Did you know that buxing a Smothie maker can mke your life bright and happy? :D never thought I could love a thing like that, but I'm making Smoothies all day now and they're sooo delicious and cool! Best combination for me so far: banana, pine apple, kiwi. :-) :-) do you have favourites? do you like smoothies?

I've never made smoothies myself but I do like making milkshakes.
What's the difference between a smoothie maker and a blender?
Offline
I don't know what a blender is, so for all of my knowledge, it could be the same :D
What is a blender?

An electric, bladed kitchen appliance, that chops food stuff!

I googled it. I think a blender is just the general food chopping thing, with a big plastic bowl. My smoothie maker has a plastic bottle instead of the bowl, with an additional lid, so you don't have to pour it into an extra glass. I think the plastic top is smaller in general :-)

You must understand that as I don't cook, I don't use any of these items but...
In my house there is a food processor, which is bigger and more squat shaped, with various blades.
Then there is the blender, which is a tall, tower.
I know my son had a smoothie maker...because I had to clean it when it came home from uni with moldy fruit still in it! But I can't actually think what it looked like!

A smoothie maker is probably more similar to a blender than a food processor. Probably a bit like a cross between a blender and a juice maker.

I would think so.

I saw my university drama department's production of Twelfth Night last night (it was SO GREAT, the best production they've done all year - and their actors are always great).
What I found interesting was that they used jazz music in the transition between scenes, and partway through the play I recognized one of the tunes as Nature Boy! It was used several times. And while it was instrumental and not the version Nat King Cole sings, it still made me think of Hamlet. I don't know whether they used that on purpose or whether it was just a coincidence, but I thought it was kind of cool.
