Are we certain Mycroft didn't know?
Unless we are told he knew, I assume he didn't. Perhaps we will find out otherwise but it comes across as sloppy considering the constant reminding us how much Mycroft knows about what goes on in series one/two, and even at the start of three....we know where John is eating but missed the assassin at the table? Seems kinda....lame.
Eh, oh well, I shall just consider three a wash and hope four is more consistent. I did enjoy one/two.
Thanks,

I'm still new and working through all the threads, so forgive me if I ask a question all ready debated.
My biggest issue with season three is, how did Mycroft not know about Mary? What are the fan solutions to this huge glaring plot hole?
I was disappointed with season three just because of this issue. Had she been a former Mycroft associate and he just stayed silent or something I could buy that, but ...... eh, just didn't work for me the way it was.
Anyone got fabulous ideas on this? I would love to love season three, but as just a casual viewer, that plot hole totally threw me!

I generally watch stuff on my phone and it tends to "hiccup" when I play video or songs, could have been the issue or I just fast-forwarded past the credits that day is another option, but I usually don't do that!
I really need to rewatch all of them, I didn't catch all the details y'all post about! It's great fun to read all the nitpicking and theories on here. Adds so much more depth to the stories. Love it!

Yes! it's at the start? Wonder how I missed it?? Thank you much, I will have to watch it again. Sometimes my Netflix gets the hiccups, doesn't like our internet connection, I must have just missed it.
Thanks again!

I just started reading the board, new around here , and someone posted a link that showed Watson crying, rain falling behind him, saying Sherlock was his best friend. Was that scene cut from the final showing? I have only watched each show once but I really don't remember that!
LOVE all your discussions.
Thanks,
Charley
