Sherlock should come with an addiction warning. One hit and you're hooked!

With kind permission of the artist cpnblowfish - Sherlock painted with tea.

I'd give my right arm to be able to draw something like this with a normal pencil and that person paints it with tea!? Stunning work!

I wish I could paint my nails like that. Looks great!

Does anyone know what the drawing on the little finger means?

I also wonder.

John, John, and more John!  I love you, Lost.  You know the way to my heart.  I usually don't go so much for pop/rock music, but this song fit very well with what you were expressing in your vid.  John POV! Excellent! I hope we'll see more of your work.

This is very good, especially as a first attempt. I like the black and white match up near the start between lyrics and film.

Many thanks to both of you!! Once again I'm really glad you like it! It's actually not my type of music either, but when I was listening to this song while watching another music video, I instantly had an image of John in my head. So I gave it a try.

This is my first attempt at making a Sherlock related music video. I thought the lyrics of the song fit John quite well.

John: "Having fun?"
Sherlock: "Starting to."
John: "Maybe don't do the smiling. Kidnapped children."

I love how John always needs to stop Sherlock from getting too exited about a crime.

Yeah, that's always funny
Like: "We shouldn't giggle on a crime scene."

and: "That was ages ago, why would she still be upset?" *awkward silence* "....Not good?" -"Bit not good, no."

Another one I love from SiP:

He does love to be dramatic.
Well thank god you're above all that.

Love all those as well.

Since there's no guarentee we will see anything like this in S3, it's nice to see a rendition of a possibility.

I agree. Well, hope dies last though.

First time I accidentally read:     There's so much love in this fan art!      Came probably right from my subconscious when looking at the pic.

Now the same happened to me after reading your post five minutes ago. Well, one cannot deny that there truly IS so much love in this picture. The way they embrace each other is so deep, like they never want to let each other go again. I really like the feeling this picture radiates.

Lestrade. For filming Sherlock when he was drugged.
Although Mycroft is close behind.

ASiB is also my favorite - the one I saw first, then the full season 2 on german tv and then season 1 on DVD.
I'm not sure if ASiP would have had the same effect. Probably...

Most certainly.

Hi, I'm quite new here too
It's funny how so many people - including me! - think 'Sherlock in a modern age' can't be good, when they first hear about it
But it just drags you in, right? I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun here.

Definitely! I think it's good to be critical, but one should not judge before trying. One might regret that.

Did you watch Sherlock in the dubbed version first?

Yes, I watched the dubbed version first and - to be honest - I think it's actually pretty good. And I'm normally a really picky person, when it comes to German dubs. ;)
Anyway, nothing can beat the original of course.

I'm living in NRW, too.
So, happy new year back and see you laterz!

Thank you very much! You're even living more or less next door. Greetings from St. Augustin. ;)

Harriet wrote:

What was the first episode you saw? Pink or Scandal?

It was "A Study in Pink". After "A Scandal in Belgravia" though I had my second "wow" moment. Well, technically I had it after every single episode, because they are all fantastic, but "A Scandal in Belgravia" is my favourite one. Together with "The Reichenbach Fall".
