Oh, okay... I hate most of the german accents :D Fortunately, I live in a city where everyone speaks Hochdeutsch, but my grandparents are from a small village about half an hour frim my hometown and when they talk to each other, they use a nasty accent called Mayener Platt, it's kind of Plattdeutsch. I absolutely hate how the people from Bayern talk... or those from Sachsen... Eurgh, no :D

I should start randomly walking the streets of my hometown with my I am Sherlocked Shirt... Maybe I'd meet someone. Probably just be stared at weirdly :D

Nebraska. Corn fields. (American) football. A big railroad crossing. Tornadoes. What was your friend doing there? That is quintessential Middle America, for sure. Salt of the earth type of place.

Oh yes, she told us everyone there was a bit... obsessed with football :D She went to school there, she couldn't choose where she'd be going.

But since they end in about 2 weeks I thought I could as well pretend to already be in 11th grade :D

I am just at the beginning of season 3, so I don't really know him yet
But from what I know from Tumblr... I'll prbly love him :D

Whenever I hear that song on a season's finale, I start to sob like an idiot. For example Season 2... I did cry at the end of Episode 21 because of Sam and everything, but then the song came on... and I just couldn't anymore :D I started sobbing like a baby and it didn't stop for the next 30 minutes...

Well, I hope some day you'll get a chance to visit our beautiful country. Our politicians are f***ed up (whose aren't, I suppose), but this is a pretty special place. Problem with the US is, it's so huge, if someone were to plan a trip, I think they could only hit a couple of highlights on each visit, unless they were made of money. New York? LA? Florida? The Grand Canyon? Las Vegas? Skiing in Aspen? Hawaii? The Alaskan wilderness? My own beautiful, beloved, history-rich New England? Ah, where to start....

Oh yes, I wouldn't know which city/state whatever to visit, either. If I am to visit the other side of the pond one day, I think I'd like to make a tour visiting as many states as possibly... Problem's always the money, though. My friend's been to Nebraska for a couple of months recently...

Interesting that your love of English leads you to think of wanting to live in the UK. We speak English over here on this side of the pond, too, you know. *smile* In fact, I imagine a lot of what you see on TV and the movies, the English you hear, is actually American English, no? Not Sherlock, though-- that's Brit through and through. Sometimes I have to go my dictionary to figure out what they're on about (as they'd say)--  what fun!

Why do you hate your country? Interesting. Come visit us here in the US, land of the free and home of the brave, and, I would say, we have the best crops of fruits and nuts. *g*

Ah, I don't know. I don't quite like the language and especially when I'm watching Sherlock or other English shows I desperately want to live in England because the language is so beautiful and hkjflsjxkem.

Now wait- you guys seriously have no Thread for Supernatural? D:
Where are you, Winchesters?

Supernatural basically is a show about two brothers hunting demons which refer to known urban legends.
I know there'd be much more to say, but anyone who does watch it knows what it's about and everyone who doesn't... well, you better start right now!
Apart from Sherlock, this absolutely is the best damn thing I have seen in my life.
The show knows how to make you cry, but also cheers you up and makes you laugh in many, many episodes.
Then, of course, the inoffical 'Theme song' is absolutely /epic/.

Ow, my english is so awful sometimes :/

Yes, there are a lot of Cabin Pressure Fans over there, I got to admit, I have never listened to it... I'm not even sure whether you are able to if you don't live in the UK...

Reichenbach Theories » now I am stunned - it's not Sherlock on the trolley? » July 26, 2012 5:33 pm

Oh no, no, I just don't think they would actually put Benedict onto the trolley, all covered with blood, then suddenly stop filming and do the 'rolling the trolley into the hospital' scene later, when Benedict, for some mystical reason, has no time. And even if they did, guys, we are talking abot Sherlock, they even split the end of season one and the beginning of season two when they filmed, they did the season 2 part the next day and everything looked the same! Don't you think they'd be a bit more careful about that? They would at least let the double spread his arms the way Benedict did. Or paint his face red.
Moffat and Gatiss /want/ us to watch closely and since this is not THE most important clue that suddenly makes everything obvious it isn't like... unfair to make this visible only if you watch the episode in slow-mo . Including 'exclusive' clues only the people who really observe and not just see discover would, in my opinion, be exactly the thing they'd do.
This also proves that Sherlock does not do a body swap with Moriarty's corpse or whatever people say, since we see Benedict/Sherlock lying on the floor, so if anyone would go like 'Ahaha, obvious, body swap blabla' they could be all 'Ehehehe MOFFTISS'D, you obviously saw but did not observe.'
My English is getting awfully messy now, so I'll stop.
I think this is a clue! :'D
