I just found the ideal Chinese restaurant for Sherlock, John AND Mycroft!

Somehow I think THIS building would be more to Sherlock's taste.
Looks more cosy.

Very good, BBC! We look forward to hearing more from you on this subject.

Meanwhile, Microft has been seen around these public facilities. He really has moved on...

And here's a challenge for Sherlock:
The art of napkin folding - as seen in Hampton Court Palace.

I was pleased to learn that Mrs H. now has taken up dancing again along with singing.
However, who the guys in the sing-along band might be, I can't tell...

It's fun to discover how the Baker Street people now keep themselves busy -
or make proposals for them how they could deal with the presumably looong hiatus between S4 and 5.
Having been to the UK recently, I found some surprising places and ideas.
I'm sure you'll easily find some more contributions.
So go for it!

The first one I stumbled upon was our little friend Archie.
Not so little anymore, he apparently owns a café.

When on the escalator, I caught a glimpse of this poster to my right but was to slow to take out my mobile. So I had to go down and up and down and up again until I could take this blurry photo. The escalator was always too fast for a decent picture, sorry.

Series Four News » Series 4 in German - finally! » June 5, 2017 4:40 am

Yes - the dubbing was quite okay for me, too.
And "siezing" Molly in view of the fact what they've been through in the past is ridiculous.
My guess is that this will change in the I-love-you scene in TFP. Which will be even more dramatic then.

Rache wrote:

Another two points that I noticed and remember right now:
2) Molly's/John's sentence in the end got an extra connotation: Out of "He would have rather anyone but you" they made "he would rather take anyone from the street." ("Er würde eher jemanden von der Straße nehmen. Irgendjemanden.")

This sentence was translated this way because in TLD there will be flashbacks when Sherlock mulls over the meaning of the name "anyone". If they had dubbed it into "Er hätte lieber jeden anderen außer dir" – which would have been more natural – the flashback wouldn't fit and also lack the randomness of Culverton's victims. We don't have an "anyone" in German for both: "irgendjemand" AND "jeder/alle" but have to decide.
Now I wonder what Faith's answer will be when asked by Sherlock: "Nicer - than who?"

I'm afraid that the writers just want us to be convinced that the matter is closed.
This is the more annoying for me as we are told by ACD:

"It is a capital mistake to theorize before one has data."

I still don't believe that I have sufficient data.
This also goes for more matters where I feel that they want us to be done with: The Fall (still!) and the fact that Sherlock by shooting Magnussen is indeed a murderer. By showing the fake version of Sherlock being officially innocent they meant us to be lulled into believing it, too. And isn't Sherlock himself by not giving a thought about this proof that there isn't a problem? Who am I then to see one?

In canon, Sherlock never murders anyone.
So it's like with the Mary case: It's difficult to walk away from the canon and find an easy, plausible way to return to it. (Reminds me somehow of a cat carelessly climbing up a tree and then not finding her way back down.)

Maybe it's just my unappropriate desire or "weakness" - according to Moriarty:

"You always want everything to be clever."
