Re: What are you reading at the moment?

So I've been away for a few weeks and been reading Game of Thrones while travelling. Got to say I'm pleasently suprised! It does get confusing with who is who especially when you get started but it's very addictive. I just want to keep reading.

Re: What are you reading at the moment?

Just an easy-reading by Peter James, I cannot concentrate myself on anything else due to the hot weather.

Re: What are you reading at the moment?

Not actually reading it yet but the next thing I start will be the new Neil Gaiman book.  Ocean at the End of the Lane.  I've got tickets to a signing Satuday and I"m so excited I might spontaneously combust.!!

Re: What are you reading at the moment?

Just read The Deposit Slip , a legal thriller by Todd Johnson, a new author from here in the States. Very good read, especially if you like Grisham-style novels.

Re: What are you reading at the moment?

Just finished Planet of the Apes and started A Clash of Kings.

Can I also just add a reader bitch here. I read in my lunchbreak at work where for some reason people think having your head in a book is the universal signal of 'please talk to me', anyway one of my co-workers, lets just call her Anderson pointed out how engrossed I was in my book (to which I basically grunted at) and started laughing and said 'I'm laughing at you for being so engrossed in your book'. Note all she reads is Danielle Steele and thus her name is Anderson and she really does bring the IQ of the whole street down... and end rant.

Re: What are you reading at the moment?

The Shuttle by Frances Hodgson Burnett. She's more famous for Sara Crewe and the Secret Garden but her adult novels are nice too.

A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess.
I'm also reading The Zombie Survival Guide, as well as the Sherlock Holmes canon (whenever I get the chance to, that is).

I just finished "The Alan Turing Enigma" by Andrew Hodges. Difficult but rewarding.
