Martin in a new play

-----------------------------------

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Re: Martin in a new play

I know and  really hope I get to see it, when I'm down in London in October.

Re: Martin in a new play

He DOES have his John Watson hair back! Lovely! I prefer him this way.

Re: Martin in a new play

I like both, personally. I don't see Sarah Lancashire in any of those photos (or if she's there I don't recognize her), I wonder if she was cropped out of these and/or wasn't at that rehearsal? Or maybe there are photos they're just not included in your post because it's about Martin.

Re: Martin in a new play

My pal is trying to get us tickets.
Sarah has been ill and hasn't there been a replacement?
Not sure of the full story, sorry...

Re: Martin in a new play

Oh, I didn't realize that. I just knew she was supposed to be the in the play from the first post in this thread.

Re: Martin in a new play

Hang on, I'll check my old school pal's text, she was the one who had said something about it...
Tamsin G stepped in as Sarah was ill...but that may have just been for one performance.
