Reading People and Body Language

So since my first Holmes experience in the early eighties, I've always wanted to read people like SH. I'm also addicted to the mentalist and a few other shows that heavily feature this skill in the protagonist.

I've read a lot of books on it, like the body language ones on amazon and such. It's hard to find some resource to get into it.

The David Givens site doesn't offer much more than that, but he seems to have a few things that might on his blog. Any thoughts?

I saw the Chase Hughes site that has a ton of Sherlockian people-reading stuff...looks complex and detailed. If anyone has the book, I'd love to hear about it.

Basically,
Does anyone here have the same cravings as me? Is the SH ability purely fiction?

Bloody amusing read at http://www.chasehughes.com/take-a-tour.html ...

.. o rmaybe just watch 'Lie to Me'?

Either way, too much fiction. Though, Doyle's Sherlock was always as much about science as fiction, I reckon!
