Caption Competition Week 68

It´s time for a new round of caption competition.

Tell me what Sherlock is saying in this interesting (and sorry, very humongous) screencap:

-----------------------------------

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

I'm just wondering ... which episode is it from?

Sherlock:"hjehflrmvhtlsnbtqüafl..."
John:"What do you mean, Sherlock? Your scarf is too tight?"

It is from TBB, after Soo Lin's brother tried to strangle Sherlock. And your caption made me laugh.

Sherlock (thinking deliriously before passing out): Somewhere over the rainbow... Johnlock lies...

John after snogging Sherlock senseless.  "He passed out.  Do people really do that"?

Re: Caption Competition Week 68

All your captions are genius, ladies. Had a very good laugh over them.

Re: Caption Competition Week 68

Sooo... this was a very hard choice, because all captions were really funny.

But still - only one can be the winner, so:

Congratulations, NoSheetSherlock!
