Re: House

I started watching around series 4, I think, and stayed hooked until the end. The funny thing is, I only realised the Sherlock Holmes associations after reading about it, but then of course I could not unsee them anymore. And interesting enough, in Germany the final episode "Everybody Dies" was titled "Reichenbachfall".

"To fake the death of one sibling may be regarded as a misfortune; to fake the death of both looks like carelessness." Oscar Wilde about Mycroft Holmes

"It is what it is says love." (Erich Fried)

“Enjoy the journey of life and not just the endgame. I’m also a great believer in treating others as you would like to be treated.” (Benedict Cumberbatch)

Re: House

I've watched first three seasons and then began to feel bored. I watched some other random episodes but never felt curious enough to follow the show to the end.
This is the problem with many American TV series, I feel: there are just too many episodes and too many seasons. Even the best shows tend to run out of ideas and use gimmicks to keep the plot going.
